We are excited to announce that on Saturday, September 18th, we will be hosting our 75th Anniversary addition of Pioneer Days. Thousands of people will come to Pittsburg to enjoy helping us celebrate. We would like to invite you to join us as a vendor selling your food, crafts, and art. As in the past 48 years of Pioneer Days we will have a parade, a carnival, live entertainment, a street dance in the evening, and a food court filled with a variety of delicious food options. As part of the fun our guests will spend the day strolling through our vendor booths. We expect a large number of vendors to apply for a spot at this special 75th Anniversary addition of Pioneer Days, so we invite you first to
secure your booth space for this event.
The same rules apply as in past Pioneer Days. Vendors set up will be held bright and early from 6:00 – 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 18th. Chamber volunteers will be on site during this time to assist you in locating your booth. You can read the attached guideline sheet for more information. Please note that Pioneer Days is a rain or shine event, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
A vendor hospitality area will be open throughout the day at the Chamber office (202 Jefferson Street). Please feel free to stop by and enjoy our air-conditioned office and grab an ice-cold bottle of water.
Booth space is limited and will fill up quickly. Please mail the attached application (download BELOW) along with your check at your earliest convenience to the Pittsburg-Camp County Chamber office at 202 Jefferson Street, Pittsburg Texas 75686. Or you can email it back to email@example.com. Payment is due when your contract is submitted.
